Broken shackles returned to hand as the Artist originally designed. (from by her feet) Clay pot is a pre Revolutionary War, clay vessel which had no design on it as all pottery with emblems/designs was taxed and paid to England, so I put the US bird, the eagle on it as a statement. The sailor, the table top turned "water", the hint of a submerged submarine above the insignia, a tribute to my brother who served on a nuclear powered submarine during the Vietnam War and he succeeded, we walk free today.
